Steps on how to use this service
 
• You register to open a new file in the Ministry of Higher Education and upload your documents.
• All fields in red are mandatory or the registration will not be complete until all fields are inserted fully and correctly.
• Upload your documents to finalize your registration.
• Clicking Next then uploading your documents will then be transferred to concerned staff where they will check your details and if there is any suspicion it will be sent back to you to fix it, otherwise e-mail or SMS will be sent to you from Ministry of Higher Education.
